A unique feature of Remind Patients is the ability to have Text messages go to mobile phones and calls to landline phones, at the push of a button. Should you opt for text messages to go to patients then these are automatically sent to the patient’s mobile phone.

Upon the receipt of the text message which will inform them that their appointment is due (in the next few days), they have the choice to accept the reminder or dial the clinic number provided to notify a cancellation and change to the appointment.
