  • Remind Patients can make an unlimited amount of SMS and calls per day.
  • What if patients do not want to be contacted by text or voice messages?
  • Patients can ‘opt out’ of the system at anytime
  • How can patients, amend or cancel appointments?
  • Patients are given details of how to amend and cancel their appointment
  • How will patient appointment records be updated?
  • Once integrated the updates are made automatically within the Remind Patients system
  • How will the busy reception staff cope with this extra workload, particularly if during clinic hours?
  • No extra workload is created by Remind Patients, in fact it reduces the amount of workload as the system is automated.
