  1. Remind Patients
    The new solution that significantly reduces patients failing to attend their appointments.
  2. Patient details are entered into to the system, either automatically or manually.
  3. Patients with upcoming appointments are identified by the Remind Patients system. The system then analysis the details and generates the required text.
  4. Then these are converted into text message reminders and sent out.
  5. Patients then acknowledge the messages as they receive them. These are then collated by the Remind Patients server and the data is made available to the user.
